PLEASE NOTE OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

At Sacred Face, we use only the finest face and body products, but as with all face painting products, we cannot guarantee a skin reaction will not occur. If an adult or a child has sensitive skin or is prone to allergies, we will not paint their face. However, a patch test can be done on the inside of their arm and left for 45 mins. If there is no reaction, we can paint their face, however if a reaction should occur, we will not be able to paint.

All paints are all water based and should wash off easily with water and a cloth. We will not apply make-up or paint a child who appears to be ill or who has chicken pox, measles, mumps, conjunctivitis, any infectious skin condition or eczema or who has a runny nose. If necessary we will clean the child’s face with baby wipes before painting their face, as painted crumbs do not look pretty or hygienic. Sacred Face is not liable for any skin reactions or if clothing gets stained. We are not liable for any allergic reactions to the face paints.

All products used by us comply with US standards for cosmetics. All are either FDA compliant or are approved by the FDA. We will be as careful as possible when painting; however, arms and jumper sleeves do tend to be rubbed against children’s faces, which can leave a residue of face paint on the child’s clothing. Face paints can be removed from clothes using cold water and soap. We will cease face painting immediately should a child wish to stop. We will not paint any child under the age of 3 years.

We do require that all persons receiving make-up applications sign a waver of consent that does not hold Sacred Face reliable for any negative or allergic reactions and takes full responsibility for their own safety and well being. We are not doctors and we are not caregivers. Sacred Face reserves the right to refuse customers or the right to refuse to do services for any reason. Sacred Face is not liable or responsible for missed appointments, events, injury, or losses of any kind. Sacred Face is not responsible for private contractors for any reason what so ever including injury or loss. Sacred Face is not responsible for lost or missing deposits. You are at your own risk for products, services that are provided by Sacred Face. Sacred Face is not responsible for events or deposits in the event that Sacred Face goes out of business. Everyone who uses services of Sacred Face does so at their own risk. YOU ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK FOR PRODUCTS, SERVICES PROVIDED BY SACRED FACE.

Sacred Face has a 1 hour minimum on all services provided. Sacred Face reserves the right to refuse services for any reason. There are extra charges for theme parties, decorations and party favors. Sacred Face does not cater to parties that are over 1 hour away without prior approval. Sacred Face does not offer free parties on the same day of weddings or special events. All free parties are offered by a first come first serve basis and are only provided if there is extra time available. Free parties do not include facials or massage. Sacred Face charges extra for early, late or holiday bookings. Sacred Face charges extra for travel time and set up time. Sacred Face reserves the right to charge for other miscellaneous products and services.

DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SERVICES
Our time is valuable and we cannot afford last minute cancellations or irresponsibility. We do require a 50% deposit on all services payable by paypal at the time of booking. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy on all services (which means you lose your deposit if you cancel or reschedule before your scheduled date) except for weddings which requires a 2 week cancellation notice.
Again – You will lose your deposit if you cancel any appointment within 48 hours except for weddings which require a 2 week cancellation notice. The 50% CHARGE IS REQUIRED IF YOU WANT TO RESERVE YOUR BOOKING. If you do not pay a deposit then we cannot guarantee that we will be available on the dates and times requested.
